LIGHTHOUSE TURLITIS (ANDROS ISL)

This lighthouse was manufactured in 1887. The altitude of cylindric tower is 7 metres and the height of focal plane is 36 metres. It is precisely found opposite by Venetian castle in the capital of Andros Island (Chora). Is the unique Greek lighthouse built on rock in to the sea. Before certain times became repairs and with private expenses rebuilded a big part of the light.
